AI Integration & Workflow Automation
DovixSoft helps businesses use AI services and automation where they make practical sense, and tells you plainly when they do not.
Scope, timelines and pricing are agreed after we understand your requirements.
Three different kinds of project
“AI project” can mean very different things. Separating them makes scope, cost and risk much easier to understand.
AI integration into an existing product
Adding an AI-powered feature to a website or application you already have, using a third-party AI service through its API. Examples: a support assistant on your site, AI-assisted search over your content, or summarizing text inside an existing tool.
Automation of a defined workflow
Taking a repeatable process with clear steps and connecting the tools involved so that routine work happens automatically. Examples: routing customer inquiries to the right person, moving data between systems, or processing documents in a fixed way.
A custom AI-enabled application
Building a new application in which AI is a core part of how it works. This is a larger undertaking that needs a careful assessment of data, accuracy needs, security and budget before any commitment.
DovixSoft integrates existing AI services. We do not claim to own proprietary AI models.
Services we can discuss
Where technically feasible for your use case, this can include:
- AI-powered website features and AI API integration
- Chatbot integrations and customer support automation
- Customer inquiry workflows, from first message to the right person
- Business workflow automation across the tools you already use
- Document-processing workflows
- AI-assisted search and knowledge tools built on your own content
- API integrations that connect AI services with your existing applications
What we assess before agreeing to a project
AI and automation projects depend on details that are easy to overlook. For each one we review:
- Feasibility. Whether the task is suited to AI or automation at all, and how reliable the result needs to be.
- Data requirements. What data is needed, where it lives and what condition it is in.
- Security and privacy. What information would be sent to third-party AI providers, who can access it, and what consent or legal requirements apply.
- Limitations. AI output can be wrong or inconsistent, so we discuss where human review should stay in the process.
- Running costs. AI services usually charge per use, and those charges are separate from development fees.
- Pricing and scope. What a realistic first version includes, and what it costs.
Frequently asked questions
What are suitable use cases for AI integration and automation?
Good candidates are repeatable tasks with clear inputs and outputs, such as answering common questions from your own content, sorting incoming inquiries, extracting information from documents or moving data between tools. Tasks that need guaranteed accuracy or involve high-stakes decisions need extra care and human oversight.
Can you add AI to my existing website or software?
Often, yes. Feasibility depends on your use case, the available data, privacy requirements and budget. We usually integrate a third-party AI service through its API and connect it to your application.
Which integrations are possible?
We can discuss integrations with websites, internal tools, messaging and support channels, CRM and business tools, and other systems that offer an API. Each integration is assessed before it is agreed.
How do you handle privacy and sensitive data?
We start by identifying what data a feature would use and whether it would be sent to an outside AI provider. Privacy and security requirements are discussed before work begins, and you remain responsible for having the right to share your data. See also our Privacy Policy and section 9 of our Terms & Conditions.
What are the limitations of AI features?
AI systems can produce incorrect, incomplete or inconsistent answers. We recommend reviewing AI-assisted output before relying on it, and designing features so that people can check or correct results where it matters.
Do you build your own AI models?
No. We integrate existing AI services into your product or workflow. We do not claim proprietary AI models.
How do you assess an AI or automation project?
We review the use case, data, security and privacy needs, expected accuracy, running costs and budget, then tell you what is feasible and propose a first version. The list above shows the main points.
Can you build a chatbot for my website?
Yes, chatbot integrations are possible. The design depends on your content, privacy needs, budget and what the chatbot should and should not answer.
Do I need my own data to use AI?
Not always. Some features use general AI services, while others work better with your documents or records. We review your data, privacy needs and feasibility first.
What does an AI integration cost?
It depends on the use case and complexity. AI providers also charge usage fees separately from development fees. We estimate after understanding your requirements.
